Partnership Access Line

The Partnership Access Line (PAL) is a state-funded program providing mental health consultation for questions such as diagnostic clarification, medication adjustment or treatment planning.

PAL Programs by State

Alaska (PAL-PAK)

PAL-PAK offers immediate support to pediatric care providers (doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants) in Alaska who have questions about child and adolescent mental healthcare, such as diagnostic clarification, medication adjustment or treatment planning.

Washington

The Partnership Access Line (PAL) supports primary care providers with questions about mental health care such as diagnostic clarification, medication adjustment or treatment planning. Our child and adolescent psychiatrists are available to consult during business hours.

Wyoming

The Wyoming Partnership Access Line (PAL) supports community clinicians (doctors, nurse practitioners, therapists, social workers) with questions about mental health care such as diagnostic clarification, medication adjustment or treatment planning.

Additional PAL Services

Washington’s Mental Health Referral Service for Children and Teens

This free, telephone-based referral service connects patients and families with evidence-supported outpatient mental health services in their community.

FAST Program

First Approach Skills Training programs are designed to provide brief, evidence-based behavioral therapy for youth and families with common mental health concerns.

SAFES Program

The Supporting Adolescents and Families Experiencing Suicidality (SAFES) Program is commitmented to improving mental health access and care for vulnerable adolescents in an underserved region of Washington state.

PAL for Schools

PAL for Schools was a telepsychiatry consultation pilot program for middle, junior and high schools that connected school staff and students to psychologists and psychiatrists.
