Spatial Biology CoLab

Seattle Children’s Research Institute’s Spatial Biology Collaborative Laboratory provides access and specialized support for spatial biology research including transcriptomics, proteomics, and related methodologies

Services

  • Equipment and training for slide processing and staining for mRNA or protein quantification
  • Training on, and use of, GeoMx instrument
  • Equipment and training for library preparation for quantification by nCounter or Illumina sequencing
  • Consultation on experimental set-up, slide preparation, and data analysis
