What is the goal of the study?

The goal of this study is to provide early genetic testing to young children with developmental disabilities and infants admitted to Seattle Children's Hospital. This study will measure this sequencing first (SeqFirst) approach compared to current standard of care in terms of time to diagnosis, diagnostic yield, diagnostic predictors and other secondary outcomes.
