What is the goal of the study?

The purpose of this research is to better understand how patients and parents view colorectal outcomes and treatment. We are doing this study because we would like to better understand and improve the burden placed on our patients and their families. The study will ask participants to complete an initial questionnaire, another one at 6mos., and then once per year after.
