What is the goal of the study?

To study whether a type of pulmonary function testing called oscillometry can identify and characterize recovery of pulmonary function for pediatric ICU patients surviving acute respiratory failure

Who can participate in the study?

Children ages 2-17 years old who are hospitalized in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with acute respiratory failure requiring invasive mechanical ventilation or non-invasive ventilation with BiPAP for at least 48 hours
