A Prospective, Multi-Center Study of Dynamic Quantification of Social-Visual Engagement (DQSVE) in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): Diagnosis and Assessment For Children Ages 31 – 84 Months.

MEASURE-ASD

What is the goal of the study?

This study is testing a medical device for sensitivity and specificity compared to expert clinician diagnosis in the diagnosis of ASD and/or related developmental delays in children ages 31 – 84 months (2.5 - 7 years chronological age). The device measures an individual’s preferential visual attention to social information. Approximately 790 subjects total (437 with suspected ASD, 353 non-ASD) will be recruited across the different sites. There is only one visit which will last about 4 hours and involve testing with the device followed by the clinician testing.
