Seattle Concussion Research Collaborative

We are the Seattle Concussion Research Collaborative (SCRC) lab, housed at Seattle Children’s Research Institute. Our lab is comprised of clinicians, researchers, public health specialists and community representatives working together to develop cutting-edge approaches to decreasing concussion risk and facilitative recovery in children and teens.

About SCRC

The SCRC Lab was started in 2021 by Dr. Sara Chrisman and Dr. Emily Kroshus at Seattle Children’s Research Institute. Their vision of a collaborative and innovative lab that includes leading concussion researchers in the greater Pacific Northwest was the foundation for SCRC. Learn more about the SCRC research team.
