This page is:

• A subpage without children or siblings (only-child)
• "Display In Navigation" is unchecked
• "Show Section Navigation" in the Sidebar is checked

In this scenario:

• This page's link does not appear in the sidebar section nav
• The section nav looks one level up and displays those links
• Sets the "Overview" link as parent level's section
