Behavioral Activation for Teens & Caregivers Class Series

Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC) is offering a 5-week Behavioral Activation skills group this winter for adolescents ages 12 to 18 (who live or attend school in Seattle) and their caregivers. This group uses evidence-based strategies to support teens experiencing low mood, stress, or withdrawal from meaningful activities.

Group highlights include:

  • Skills to support mood and stress management
  • Support for re-engaging in meaningful, values-based activities
  • Practical tools for caregivers to reinforce progress at home
