Behavioral Activation for Teens & Caregivers Class Series
Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC) is offering a 5-week Behavioral Activation skills group this winter for adolescents ages 12 to 18 (who live or attend school in Seattle) and their caregivers. This group uses evidence-based strategies to support teens experiencing low mood, stress, or withdrawal from meaningful activities.
Group highlights include:
- Skills to support mood and stress management
- Support for re-engaging in meaningful, values-based activities
- Practical tools for caregivers to reinforce progress at home
Dates: Wednesdays, January 7 – February 4, 2026
Time: 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
