When weather or other conditions keep you inside, Seattle Children's and the American Heart Association have created an Indoor Activity Kit with great ideas for simple, home activities.

English and Spanish versions of the "Air Soccer" flyer are available separately. "Obstacle Course," "Slow Motion Relay" and "Suitcase Race" contain English and Spanish text within the same flyer.
