Clinical Data Repository (CDR)

The Clinical Data Repository (CDR) is a web-based application providing Seattle Children’s researchers expedient, secure and compliant access to clinical data for research purposes and activities preparatory to research.

The CDR is intended to provide researchers with a self-service interface to query and explore de-identified clinical data, including all Seattle Children’s patients since January 2009, as available from our medical records.

Use CDR to find out how many SCH patients match a particular clinical phenotype and learn more about this set of patients with regards to their clinical course.

Only aggregated, approximate results are provided so this can be used in the preparatory to research phase. For example, you might want to determine whether there are enough patients to justify a particular study.

You can access the CDR website after you receive you sign our terms of use.

For questions and to get more information/access to CDR please email us.
