At Odessa Brown Children's Clinic, our team provides everything your child needs, all in one place. Medical, dental, behavioral health, nutrition services and more are available to families just like yours.

And as our community has grown, so has OBCC. With our original location in the Central District and a second in Othello, compassionate, exceptional care can be found right around your corner, wherever that may be.

From changes to our leadership structure to opening a new clinic location, fiscal year 2022 for the Odessa Brown Children's Clinic has been transformational in the advancements in the way we serve our patients and their families.

OBCC Radiology now open

Odessa Brown Children’s Clinic (OBCC) Othello now offers X-ray services for patients ages 0 to 21. An X-ray is a form of energy that can pass through your child’s bone and tissue to create an image. This image helps doctors find and diagnose conditions in the body.

Medical Care

Meet our team of providers who specialize in kid-first care. You'll also see us in local schools and out in the community.

Dental Care

Both Odessa Brown Children's Clinic locations offer child-first dental care. Our dentists offer oral health exams, prevention and treatment and refer your child to specialists as needed.

Behavioral Health

Whole-patient care truly means whole patient. Our focus goes beyond your child's physical health. Our behavioral health providers offer many options to support your child's mental and behavioral health.

Rehab Therapy and Sports Medicine

Our OBCC Othello location now offers Sports Medicine and Rehab therapy — including physical therapy, sports physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech and language services. Whether your child is recovering from an injury or building up strength, they can do it in a kid-friendly gym and recreation center.

Nutrition and Education

It's never too early for your child to learn healthy habits. Learn together, with OBCC's preventative care program, offering cooking classes and nutrition lessons, and education on other ways of staying healthy.

Sickle Cell Program

Every child deserves a full and active life. With lifesaving treatments, education and preventative screenings, Seattle Children's and OBCC's Sickle Cell Program works every day to ensure kids with sickle cell disease can do just that.

Community Programs and Classes

With our community partners, our programs range from bike safety to parenting support to mindfulness meditation. We offer community programs and classes at both the Central District and Othello locations and at schools and other venues.

Fulfilling Odessa Brown’s legacy

Our namesake is Odessa Brown, a Black woman who fought to bring quality healthcare with dignity to children in Seattle’s Central District. Opening a second clinic location, in Othello, helps us fulfill her vision.
