The Family Resource Center (FRC) helps families with the basics, provides resources for their stay and ways to stay connected with home. With multiple locations, we can serve more families with the care and services they need to improve their stay at Seattle Children’s.
The FRC is in these locations:
The FRC on Level 7
The FRC on level 7 is near the Frog elevators and is open to Inpatient, Ambulatory and Clinic families. The family room, kitchenette, and washers and dryers are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This location is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The FRC on Level 3
The FRC on level 3 is near the River entrance and is open to Inpatient families only and can be accessed using their visitor badge. This location is not staffed and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
