How to Make an Appointment
To make an appointment with the Cystic Fibrosis Program, talk with your child’s primary care doctor or another specialist for a referral.
If you have a referral and your child has already been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, call the Cystic Fibrosis Program at 206-987-2024 and choose option 1. If you have a referral and your child has not yet been diagnosed, call the Pulmonary Medicine Clinic at 206-987-2174.
