    Sarah Aker joined Seattle Children's in May 2022 as a Physician Assistant in the Abdomininal Transplant Surgery Department   Sarah previously worked in clinical research at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, then went on to complete her Physician Assistant studies at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland in 2018. She spent the next few years working as a PA on the adult heart failure and cardiac transplant team at Univesity of Washington Medical Center.  She is excited to transition to a pediatric population and to continue working with transplant patients.
