I work both at Seattle Childrens Hospital and the University of Washington Hospital so can continue to care for children with heart disease through their adult lives."

  • Biography

    Eric Krieger came to Seattle Childrens Hospital after fellowships in cardiovascular disease at the University of Washington and Boston Childrens Hospital/Harvard Medical School. His clinical interests surround the care of children and adults with congenital heart disease. He is a cardiac imager with advanced training in both echocardiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

    Dr. Krieger works closely with a team of cardiologists and surgeons from Seattle Childrens and the University of Washington to make sure that his patients receive the best care in the appropriate setting.

    He has authored over 20 peer reviewed publications and numerous book chapters. He currently serves as Associate Program Director of the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship, the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Fellowship and the Adult Congenital Heart Programs at the University of Washington.
