Biography

Elliott Weiss, MD, MSME, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Neonatology at the University of Washington and faculty at the Treuman Katz Center for Pediatric Bioethics and Palliative Care at Seattle Children's Hospital. Dr. Weiss's research interests include surrogate decision-making with a focus on parents of newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit, clinical informed consent, ethics at the limits of viability, and resource allocation in times of scarcity.
