Registration is required for this event. There will be no on-site registration. Registration fees include instructional materials, CME credit and complimentary lunch for in-person attendees.
Course Fees:
- General registration: $75
- Seattle Children’s staff: $25
- Residents and fellows: Free
- Patients and families: Free
Please register by noon Pacific time, October 6, 2023.
Cancellations must be submitted by October 6, 2023. If you need to cancel or edit your registration, click the registration link in your confirmation email, and use your ID number to access your registration directly. You will see refund on your original credit card, less a $10 administrative fee.
