How to Make an Appointment
Prenatal care
To make an appointment with the Fetal Care and Treatment Center, call 206-987-5629 or email the CDH Program.
- You can ask your healthcare provider to refer you, but a referral is not required.
- Most in-person prenatal visits take place at our Fetal Care and Treatment Center at the Springbrook Professional Center.
- We provide newborn care and perform surgery at Seattle Children’s hospital campus.

Request a second opinion
- We offer virtual second opinion consultations. Call 206-987-5629 or email the CDH Program.
- A member of our team will contact you within 2 business days to begin coordinating your consultation.
Follow-up care during childhood
- If your child needs follow-up care, contact our Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH) Program at 206-987-0780.
- You do not need a doctor’s referral.
- Our CDH follow-up clinic is located at Seattle Children’s hospital campus.
- We offer telehealth visits to families across our region (Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho).

How to Refer a Patient for Prenatal CDH Care
