People Are Our Superpower and We Invite Diverse Perspectives
Seattle Children’s aims to have a workforce that reflects the diverse patients and families we serve as well as a representative leadership team and Board of Trustees. Research shows this improves health outcomes, patient and family experience, and innovation.
Build Connection Through Community
The Inclusion Network Program provides a forum for employees to increase their connectedness at work, to engage individuals' diverse strengths and to make Seattle Children's an inclusive community.
Inclusion Networks – with more than 1,200 participants – are employee-led groups that foster an inclusive culture where everyone belongs.
