What if I’m worried about my child’s weight?

It’s normal to have questions or concerns. Every child’s body and growth is different.

Your pediatrician or primary care provider is the best place to start if you are concerned about the way your child is growing.

If you want more information about ways to eat healthfully and be active, see our education and resources for families.
